All visual artwork, fine art photographs, digital renderings, design concepts, logos, emblems, typography, and original written content published on blickfangbytony.com are the sole intellectual and creative property of BlickfangbyTony (Tony / Blickfang by Tony).
2. Protection Under German Law (Urheberrechtsgesetz - UrhG)
These creative works are strictly protected pursuant to § 2 et seq. of the German Copyright Act (Urheberrechtsgesetz - UrhG). Any unauthorized reproduction, downloading, copying, modification, public display, distribution, digital screen scraping, or commercial exploitation without express, prior written authorization from BlickfangbyTony constitutes a severe copyright infringement and is strictly prohibited.
3. International Copyright Conventions & Global Enforcement
Protection extends globally under international conventions including the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, the WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT), and applicable international intellectual property frameworks. Violations committed outside Germany will be prosecuted internationally.
4. Certificates of Authenticity & Signature Pieces
Pieces acquired through the Signature Series include a custom steel-engraved certificate of authenticity. The physical certificate remains the unique proof of provenance. Counterfeiting or duplicating steel certificates is subject to criminal prosecution.
